EVENING RECEPTION

For the second year, Dorothy Hamill and the Women fore Women committee invite non-golfers to be apart of the Women fore Women event and attend the Evening Reception. In 2010, over $65,000 in proceeds from the event directly benefited the Mammography Fund at Saint Mary's Hospital, which will provide free mammogram screenings for women in the Greater Waterbury Community who would otherwise be unable to have this potentially life-saving test.  We welcome golfers and non-golfers alike to together in support of this very important cause.  At last year's event, Dorothy Hamill addressed reception attendees and stressed the importance of breast cancer awareness among the women of the Greater Waterbury Community.  The reception promises to deliver a powerful evening as we encourage women to demonstrate their support of each other and of the community.
